The New Punjab Civil Secretariat Employees Co-operative House Building Society Ltd.  Mohali is formed with the sole aim to provide affordable housing plots to its members. The membership of the society is given only to Employees of Punjab Civil Secretariat Chandigarh. The size of plots will be  100, 150, 200, 250, 300 sq yard.
